He is working as a Head and Associate Professor in Department of Management, IPS College of Technology and Management Gwalior; he has done B.Com, M.Com, from Jiwaji University Gwalior. He is also graduate in Law. He has completed his Master in Business Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi in Finance. He has 10 year of teaching experience & 8 years of research experience. He has completed Faculty Development Programme from IIM Indore.
